This group is open to anyone interested in learning more about specific eating disorders. It provides information on signs that someone you know may be struggling with eating concerns, how eating disorders happen, and ideas on what you can do to help someone else or begin taking steps toward recovery for yourself.

1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month from 6-7pm
Friends and family often need extra support when a loved one is struggling with an eating disorder. This group provides a safe place to deal with difficult issues and gather some valuable resources.
